"Barrier Bubble™", a reinforced air-retention layer, gives Tempshield™ superior strength and puncture resistance. That and it's resistance to conductive and radiated heat transfer make it Number One in our book. Made in the USA, available in 500 square feet rolls, 4 foot wide x 250 feet long.

* Thermal resistance measurements have been made using a calibrated hot box operated in accordance with ASTMC976. R values were measured for product installed to form two 2.5 inches wide air spaces in a nominal 2 inch x 6 inch framing set 24 inches “on center”. Analysis of results was done in accordance with ASTM C1224. The R values observed are highly dependent on method of installation.
** R values calculated on a typical wall cavity system including 3/4 inch interior and exterior plywood, studs on 24 inch centers and naturally occurring air films.
